Things that make Men proud of themselves
testumblrone: There are a lot of things that us men do that are just plain awesome. We are without doubt cool as fuck, and it’s things like these that reinforce this in our own heads. HAVING A THIN BIT OF WOOD - in the shed, solely to stir paint with. If you don’t have one of these, get one asap. And some paint to stir. The piece of wood must always have paint to about halfway up it from...

There is new Girl Talk, and it is good.
Not only is it a great album, but you can choose how much to pay for it. $5 gets you flac, $10 gets you the physical album when it comes out, and you get 320 mp3 for any amount of money. Good music, no one raided my wallet, and I didn’t have to do anything illegal.  It doesn’t get much better than this. Get it here: Linky

A revelation I just sent to a band on virb...
Usually, when I get a friend request on myspace or virb or whatever service from a band, I’m initially irritated. The band in question is not my friend, nor do they know me at all, its simply an advertising ploy in hopes that I’ll like what I hear. And to that tune, I like to try to give a listen to these people who want to be my friend. You’re offering me a veritable candybar...

Something else I've noticed since switching to...
When I was running windows, I could only keep a handful of applications open at once before I noticed a signifigant lag in performance.  The few applications in my taskbar, firefox, and photoshop or whatever I was working on.  But if I needed to do something else, it meant another app had to go.  It wasn’t a matter of not having the hardware, it was just that if an app was running it seemed...
