Marcy is leaving at the end of July which means I need to find a new roommate asap.

cheap rent [ utilities included ]
great location
ample parking day or night [ just like south park ]
i often don’t wear pants and I don’t require you to
friendly landlords
i’m hilarious
i’m easy going
fenced in back yard
